FAQs

A note book and a list of any supplements, herbs, vitamins or minerals you are currently taking.
Tilly will send you a questionnaire to complete before the first appointment
Initial Herbal Medicine appointments are about 90 minutes long, follow-up appointments are up to 60 minutes.
We then make up your herbal prescription afterwards and this usually takes up to 30 minutes so allow extra time for this.
First appointments are £90 and follow up sessions are £50.
This doesn’t include the herbal prescription which usually works out as £10 - £15 per week, a little more if we also do supplements

I conduct in-person appointments out of The Natural Healthcare Centre in Newport, Pembrokeshire, or online on Zoom.
